SUMMARY: The dekad witnessed an increase, in terms of rainfall and coverage over most parts of the country. Several stations recorded a total of over 30mm of rainfall where the highest amount was recorded over Enchi. Rainfall distribution across the country also witnessed a substantial increase as several stations recorded over two (2) rainy days. The amount of rain received, as compared to the long-term mean, depicts deficit anomaly over most parts of the country, while the north-western and south-western portions were relatively under a surplus rain condition. Average day temperatures were relatively higher over the north and comparatively cool within the southern portions. However, the average night time temperatures were relatively warm over the coast and the north-eastern parts while relatively cooler over the western portions of the middle part of the country.
