The development of Ghana Climate Atlas is rooted in the recognition that climate change poses an existential threat to Ghana’s socio-economic development. Rising temperatures, erratic rainfall patterns, sea-level rise, and extreme weather events such as floods and droughts are already impacting key sectors. These challenges require an understanding of climate data to inform adaptive strategies that ensure sustainable development.
