Be Aware: Cloudiness with Rain over Coastal Ghana

A band of rain cloud over the Gulf of Guinea is bringing cloudy conditions to Ghana's eastern coast. This cloudiness is expected to produce rainfall of varying intensity across the Volta and Greater Accra regions this morning, accompanied by occasional thunder. A few areas within the Eastern region will also experience rain this morning.

Seek shelter indoors when thunder is heard or lightning is visible. Secure loose objects outside your home that could be blown away by strong winds. Postpone outdoor activities until the event ceases. If driving, slow down and use headlights for better visibility. Keep updated on weather alerts through the Ghana Meteorological Agency.
