A band of clouds observed over the Central region is expected to produce moderate rains within the region and spread to parts of the Western region this morning. Winneba, Apam, Cape Coast, Mankessim, Esiam, Ekumfi, Saltpond, Elmina, Komenda, Aboadze, Sekondi, Takoradi, Mpohor, Axim, Azulezo, Nkroful and environs are expected to be affected.

Residents in the affected areas should avoid outdoor activities. If caught outdoors, seek substantial shelter immediately. Drivers should exercise extreme caution by reducing speed, using headlights for visibility, and avoiding flooded sections of roadway
