A band of rain and thunder sloud observed over the southeast is expected to drift to the west to produce rain of varying intensity over the southwest. Parts of the Ashanti, Central and Western regions are anticipated to experience these conditions from late afternoon into the evening.

Get a shelter. Turn off electrical appliances during thunder strikes and lightning flashes. Avoid low lying areas. Drive with caution as roads may be slippery and visibility may be reduced. Follow Ghana Meteorological Agency for further updates.
