A moderate to heavy rainstorm observed over the southeastern Ghana is expected to track westwards to produce moderate to heavy rains with thunder within the central region. The storm is expected to be accompanied by moderate to strong winds.

Avoid going outside during the storm. Stay indoors and keep away from windows and doors. Bring in or secure any outdoor furniture, decorations, or other items that could be blown away by strong winds. Do not attempt to walk or drive through flooded areas. Even shallow water can be dangerous. To prevent electrical hazards, unplug any non-essential electrical appliances and avoid using them during the storm.
