A rainstorm has been observed over southern Benin, triggering rain cloud formation in neighboring Togo. These developed rain clouds are expected to drift westward into Ghana's Volta Region this afternoon. Amedzofe, Shia, Ave Dakpa, Kpetoe, Dzodze, Akatsi, Adidome, Adaklu Waya and surrounding communities are expected to experince moderate to heavy rainfall accompanied by thunder and strong winds.
