Rainstorm Expected over parts of Upper West

A moderate to heavy rainstorm over the northeastern Ghana is expected to move to the west to produce rain of varying intensity over the northern parts of the Upper Region this afternoon.

Avoid going outside unless absolutely necessary. Stay indoors to protect yourself from heavy rain, thunder, and strong winds. Stay away from low-lying areas, riverbanks, and other flood-prone regions. Flash flooding can occur quickly. If you must travel, drive with caution. Roads may be slippery, and visibility can be reduced due to heavy rain. Avoid driving through flooded areas.
