A rainstorm observed along the Togo–Ghana border is expected to move westwards. This storm is expected to bring cloudiness, thunderstorms and rain of varying intensities to parts of the northern and transition sectors from this afternoon into the evening. Moderate to heavy rainfall, with occasional gusty winds, is also expected in these areas.

Residents are advised to take necessary precautions. Seek shelter during heavy rain and lightning, avoid open areas and isolated trees, and exercise caution while driving due to poor visibility.
