Series of thunder and rain bearing clouds have formed Mali extending into Burkina Faso and Northern Ghana. These clouds are expected to produce moderate to heavy thunderstorms or rain accompanied by moderate strong winds. The public is advised to stay indoors and avoiding moving in flood waters.
