Thunderstorms across the southern half

The rain from the earlier warning is now falling across the Volta, Eastern and Greater Accra regions. The storm is also moving through the Oti region and is expected to reach parts of the Ashanti, Central, Western and Bono East regions. Moderate to heavy rain with occasional gusty winds is expected in these areas.

Residents are advised to take necessary precautions. Seek shelter during heavy rain and lightning, avoid open areas and isolated trees, and exercise caution while driving due to poor visibility.
