Localised development of thunder and rain-bearing clouds are currently producing thunderstorms and rain of varying intensities over places within Bono East, Bon, Ashanti, Ahafo and Bono regions. It is expected that the rainfall activities will persist from now into the night hours.

Carry along umbrellas and rain coats if you need to be outside. Motorists should drive within speed limits whiles keeping headlights on and exercise caution on flood-prone roads. The public is also urged to stay away from trees and weak structures during periods of strong wind, and to monitor official updates from the Ghana Meteorological Agency for further guidance as the storm progresses.
