Southern Ghana is anticipated to experience sunny conditions with periodic cloudiness this afternoon. However, from mid-afternoon into the evening hours, rain and thunderclouds may develop and affect parts of the middle sector, transition belt , and some inland coastal areas. Meanwhile, dry and hazy conditions will continue to dominate the northern sector throughout the forecast period, with visibility expected to range between 4000 and 8000 metres.

Due to the prevailing dry conditions, the public, especially in the transition and northern sectors, is strongly advised to handle naked flames with extreme caution to prevent fire outbreaks.
