A moderate rainstorm sited over the Gulf of Guinea is expected to cast cloudiness with possible thunderstorms with or without rain over some areas along the coastline, slightly north of the coastline and the middle sector from this afternoon into the evening hours. The transition and northern sectors will experience hot and sunny weather this afternoon with slightly hazy conditions prevailing into the evening hours.
