As indicated in the earlier updates, the rainstorm has engulfed the southeastern portions of the country, and it is producing thunderstorm and rain of varying intensities. It is expected to further move westward and affect more areas within Southern Ghana from this afternoon into the evening. The northern sector will experience slightly hazy conditions throughout the forecast period.

NB: Gusty winds may accompany the rainstorm. Flash floods may occur over low lying areas.
