The southern half of the country will experience mostly sunny conditions with occasional cloud development this afternoon. However, localised thunderstorms or rain are likely to affect parts of the coast, middle and transitions sectors from late afternoon into the evening hours. The northern sector will be dominated by hot and sunny weather, fairly dry and slightly hazy conditions.
