During the early hours of this afternoon, mostly sunny conditions amidst slightly hazy conditions will dominate southern Ghana. From mid-afternoon into the evening hours, localized thunderstorms are anticipated to develop over areas along the extreme west coast, northern part of Greater Accra and the middle sector (Oyarifa, Akropong, Dodowa and their surroundings) to produce rains of varying intensities. Dry conditions with hazy sunshine will prevail over northern Ghana thereby deteriorating visibilities to about 4000 and 6000m.
