Mostly cloudy conditions with brief spells of sunshine are expected for most parts of the country this afternoon. Slight rain or drizzle is anticipated for some areas along the coastal stretch, slightly north of the coastline, mountainous and forest areas this afternoon into the evening. However, a weak rainstorm observed over southern Burkina Faso is expected to approach our country and induce thunder and rain bearing clouds over parts of northern Ghana. The storm is likely to produce thunderstorms or rain with moderate winds expected to accompany it.
