Intervals of sunshine and cloudiness are expected across the coastal, middle, and transition sectors this afternoon, with the likelihood of rainfall and thundery activity affecting most places within the middle belt (including Ho, Hohoe, Koforidua, Akim Oda, Obuasi, Twifo Praso, Kumasi, among others). Isolated cases of rainfall are also expected over some places within the transition and coastal areas from late afternoon into the evening hours. Northern Ghana will remain sunny this afternoon, with few clouds developing later in the evening.
