As indicated from the afternoon forecast and weather warning, the rainstorm is currently in the country producing thundery activity and rain of varying intensities over parts of the north, eastern and middle portions of the country amidst cloudy conditions. It is expected to continue its westward propagation to affect other areas in and around the western portions of the country from this evening into the night hours. The extreme upper regions of Northern Ghana will experience fairly dry and slightly hazy conditions during the forecast period. In the early hours of tomorrow, mist or fog patches are expected to form over the coastal, forest and mountainous areas.
