The rainstorm mentioned in the weather warning issued earlier, will continue to induce cloudiness with thunderstorms and rain of varying intensity even as it propagates westwards towards the Central and Western regions. Mist and fog patches are expected to form over the forest and hilly areas in the early hours of the morning. As the day unfolds, variably cloudy conditions will dominate most places over southern Ghana with late afternoon thunderstorms or rain over the inland and forest areas. Fairly dry and slightly hazy conditions will continue to affect the northern sector throughout the forecast period amidst hot and sunny conditions.
