This morning, mist and fog will affect some parts of the forest belt, mountainous areas, and the coast, reducing visibility in those areas. As the day goes on, slightly hazy conditions with increasing cloud cover are expected. This may lead to localised rain and thunderstorms over areas just north of the coastline, as well as parts of the middle and transition sectors from late afternoon into the evening. Notable towns to be affected include Kumasi, Kete-Krachi, Achiase, Assin Bereku, Ayanfuri, Sunyani, and nearby communities. Northern Ghana will remain dry and hazy throughout the forecast period.

NB: Relatively cold weather is expected during the night and early morning hours over the northern sector
