Generally, mostly cloudy conditions will dominate the country, with slight rain or drizzle expected for some areas within the southern half of the country this morning. Patches of fog and mist will also form along the coastal, forest, and mountainous areas, leading to reduced visibility during the early hours. As the day progresses, variable cloudiness will be experienced in most parts of the country and produce drizzle for some areas along the coastal and middle sectors. However, isolated thunderstorms or rain are expected over parts of the northern sector from this morning into late afternoon.
