Mist or fog patches are expected across much of the southern half of the country this morning. As the day progresses, periods of sunshine will emerge amid cloud development, which may later lead to localized thunderstorms or rain along the coast and some inland areas from late afternoon into the evening. Meanwhile, the northern half will remain mostly dry and hazy throughout the forecast period. Visibility across the country is expected to range between 600 meters and 9000 meters.
