Early this morning, mist or fog patches are likely to develop along parts of the coast, forest and hilly areas, reducing visibility. As the day advances into the afternoon, sunny weather with occasional cloudiness will prevail over much of southern Ghana. However, from late afternoon into the evening hours, parts of the middle, transition and few areas slightly north of the coast will experience thunderstorms or rain of varying intensity. In the northern sector, the afternoon will be predominantly hot and sunny, with slightly hazy conditions dominating the extreme upper regions throughout the forecast period.
