Mist and fog patches are expected to form over parts of the coast, forest and mountainous areas during the early hours of the morning leading to reduced visibility. As the day progresses, generally fair-weather conditions will prevail across southern Ghana, with mostly sunny weather and periods of cloudiness during the afternoon. However, localised thunderstorms or rain are likely to affect a few areas along the coast, locations slightly north of the coastline and the forested areas from the afternoon into the evening. Meanwhile, northern Ghana will experience dry and slightly hazy conditions throughout the forecast period with hot and sunny weather during the afternoon.
