Early this morning, patches of mist are expected over some forest and mountainous areas. As the day progresses, periods of sunshine will prevail over most parts of the country. However, thunderstorms, with or without rain, are likely to occur over parts of the coastal areas and the middle sector from the afternoon into the evening hours. Meanwhile, the northern sector will be generally hot and sunny, with the extreme northern portions experiencing slight hazy conditions during the forecast period.
