The rainstorm mentioned in the weather warning issued earlier is currently producing

thunderstorms with heavy rain over Wenchi, Sunyani, Nsoatre, Kumawu, Dadieso and their environs. It is expected that the storm will expand further whiles propagating westwards to affect more areas within the Bono, Bono East, Ahafo. Ashanti and Eastern regions. Some places within Western North and Central and Western regions are likely to be affected later this morning. However, the coastline and northern sectors are forecasted to experience isolated thunderstorms or rain amidst sunny intervals.
