Partly cloudy conditions are expected over most parts of the country this morning with mist or fog patches over the coastal, hilly and forest areas during the early hours, slightly reducing visibility. From mid-morning into the afternoon, sunny weather with occasional cloudiness will prevail over most parts of southern Ghana. Hot and sunny conditions will also prevail over the northern half of the country with the extreme upper eastern portions experiencing fairly dry and slightly hazy conditions. However, thunderstorms or rain of varying intensities are likely to affect some areas within the Western, Central, Eastern and Ashanti regions from this afternoon into the evening. The rest of the country will experience partly to mostly cloudy conditions during the evening hours.
