The rainstorm mentioned in the earlier update has weakened and is currently producing thunderstorms and rain over parts of the northern and transition sectors. A few areas within the middle belt and along the coast are likely to experience slight to moderate rain this morning. Mist and fog patches will form over coastal, forest and mountainous zones during the early hours. As the day progresses, variably cloudy conditions with occasional sunshine will prevail over most areas whiles sunny intervals will dominate the coastline.
