
Visibly, greater part of the country during the first dekad of June received between (40-60) mm of rainfall totals. The intensity and concentration of the rainfall distribution was centred in the middle sector as some of its stations recorded above 100mm total rainfall amount. The frequency of an above 5 rainy days was experienced over the southern portion of Ghana. The northern portion experienced between (3-4) rainfall occurrences. Surplus anomaly conditions were witnessed over the north and over few stations in the middle-east, the coast and the middle-west however, experienced deficit conditions. Relatively higher average day temperature was witnessed over the north and comparatively lower temperature was witnessed over Abetifi and along the western coast. However, the average night time temperatures were relatively warmer along the coast up to the north and relatively cool over the western part of the middle sector and over Wa.
