The February second dekadal bulletin reports on the performance and distribution of rainfall, relative humidity, temperatures, the position of the Madden Julian Oscillation (MJO) and the intertropical front or the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) for second ten-days of February, the expectation of rainfall and temperature for the next ten-days, advisories for health sectors, water resource management sectors and the general public.
