In October 2025, most parts of the Central, Eastern, Western, Western North, Oti, and Volta Regions of Ghana experienced above-normal rainfall, while other regions particularly the middle zone and the northern zone recorded significant rainfall deficits. The rainfall frequency analysis confirmed this pattern, showing positive anomalies across the forest zone and widespread negative anomalies over the remaining regions.
