Over the next five days, low rainfall totaling 5–20 mm is expected across most of the northern parts of the Ghana portion of the Volta Basin, particularly in areas such as Savanna (Damango), Northern (Tamale, Yendi),North East (Zuarungu) and Upper East (Bolgatanga, Navrongo). These areas are likely to experience no impact from the rainfall. Areas in Ashanti (Ejura, Mampong), Eastern (Donkorkrom), Volta (Ho,Kpando) and  Oti (Dambai, Kete-krachi) are forecast to receive moderate rainfall (30-90 mm) during the period, with low significant impacts anticipated.
