Over the next five days, Ghana’s Volta Basin is expected to record low to moderate rainfall. Accumulated totals ranging between 40–90 mm are anticipated in parts of the Upper West Region, particularly around Nandom, Jirapa, Tumu, and Lawra. The rest of the northern sector will likely see only minimal rainfall impacts, while most other areas within the basin are expected to remain remain unaffected during this period.
