The storm is expected to continue its westward movement to affect areas within the Central and Western regions. Moderate to heavy rain with thunder and occasional windy conditions are anticipated within the regions.

During the thunderstorm, stay indoors and away from windows, unplug electrical appliances to prevent damage from lightning strikes, and avoid using corded phones or electrical devices connected to outlets. If caught outdoors, seek substantial shelter immediately. Drivers should exercise extreme caution by reducing speed, using headlights for visibility, and avoiding flooded sections of roadway.
