Bulk of the rainstorm mentioned earlier in the morning forecast is propagating into the ocean as it continues its westwards movement. The rainstorm is expected to cast cloudiness with the likelihood of producing thunderstorms or rain of varying intensities over areas along the coastal and middle sectors from this afternoon into the evening. However, the early hours of the afternoon will be dominated by a mixture of sunshine and cloud cover. Northern Ghana will be dominated by sunny conditions with occasional cloud development with scattered thunderstorms or rain anticipated to affect the transition and northern sectors from late afternoon into the night.
