This afternoon, mostly cloudy conditions with occasional sunny breaks will dominate most parts of the country. Rain, with or without thunder, is expected to continue over some coastal and nearby inland areas due to the presence of low clouds. A moderate rainstorm observed over the ocean is anticipated to move westward and trigger thunderstorms or rain along the coast. Parts of the middle, transition and northern sectors are also expected to experience thunderstorms or rain this afternoon.
