Thunderstorms and rain currently affecting parts of the transition sector are expected to spread and affect Kintampo, Atebubu, Buipe, Techiman, Amantin, Ejura and their immediate environs this afternoon. Slight to moderate rain is also expected over parts of the middle sector into the evening hours. A rainstorm observed over southeastern Burkina Faso is anticipated to move westwards, affecting most parts of the northern sector from late afternoon into the evening. Sunny conditions will prevail along the coast and nearby inland areas, with a chance of slight rain over a few places.
