As the day progresses, sunny periods with intermittent cloud cover will dominate most parts of the country. However, localised thunderstorms accompanied by rain are anticipated to develop over parts of the inland areas of the coast, middle and transition sectors from the afternoon into the evening, while slightly hazy conditions will continue to prevail over the upper regions of the northern sector.
