During the early hours of the day, mist or fog patches are expected to form along the coastal, forested, and mountainous areas, which may reduce visibility. As the day progresses, southern Ghana will experience variably cloudy conditions, with cases of slight to moderate rain and occasional thunderstorms expected from mid-afternoon into the evening. The northern half of the country will be mostly sunny with occasional cloudiness, but a few places within the transition and northern parts are likely to experience thunderstorms or rain later in the afternoon and evening.
