Mostly cloudy conditions will dominate across the country this morning, with mist and fog patches forming over parts of the coastal, forest and mountainous areas during the early hours. Thunderstorms and rain are likely to affect parts of the northern and transition sectors this morning and in the afternoon. Elsewhere, a mix of cloud and sunshine will prevail during the afternoon hours. Later in the day, slight to moderate rain is expected to affect a few locations within the middle sector and some areas slightly north of the coastline.
