Mist or fog patches are anticipated to form within the forested, coastal and hilly areas during the early hours of the day. Thereafter, bright afternoon sunshine will be observed across southern Ghana, paving way for some localised developments of rain and thunderclouds over parts of the coast, inland coastal areas and the middle sector from mid-afternoon into the evening hours. Meanwhile, the northern and transition sectors will remain under dry and hazy conditions of varying intensity throughout the forecast period. Visibility across the country will range from 2000 meters to 8000 meters.

CAUTION: Due to the dry conditions, the general public, especially in the transition belt and northern sector, are strongly advised to handle naked flames with extreme caution to prevent fire outbreaks.
