The rainstorm mentioned earlier in the night forecast is currently producing thunderstorms with rain over the north eastern part of the country. The rainstorm is expected to continue it westward propagation and induce cloudiness over most places within northern Ghana while producing thunderstorms or rain of varying intensities from this morning into the afternoon. Southern Ghana will remain cloudy with the likelihood of rain over portion of the coast and its inland areas from this morning into the afternoon. Later in the day, breaks of sunshine will prevail over most areas within the country. However, thunderstorms or rain are anticipated to affect parts of the middle and transition sectors from late afternoon into the evening.
