A weak rainstorm observed over the northern portions of Benin is expected to track westwards bringing increased cloudiness with thunderstorms and rain over parts of the northern sector from this morning into the afternoon hours. Mist or fog patches may reduce visibility over some areas of southern Ghana during the early morning hours with a chance of slight rain over a few places. Later in the day, variably cloudy conditions will dominate over most places within the country with chances of thunderstorms and rain affecting parts of the middle, transition and northern sectors.
