Mostly cloudy weather will prevail over the southern half of the country with few instances of rain expected. The northern sector will have few clouds and slightly hazy conditions for the extreme portions. The early morning hours, misty or foggy conditions are likely to form which may reduce visibility range over the forest belt and hilly areas. As the day unfolds into the afternoon, sunny weather will dominate with the possibility of thunderstorms and rain affecting some areas in the middle and transition sectors.
