As indicated in the evening forecast issued earlier, the rainstorm is expected to continue producing thunderstorms with or without rain over parts of the coastline and the middle sectors. However. rain and thundery activities are likely over parts of the transition and northern sectors overnight. Early tomorrow morning, mist or fog matches will develop over the coast, hilly grounds and forest zones while the northern sector experiences thunderstorms or rain of varying intensity. As the day progresses into the afternoon, sunny weather with periodic cloud cover will prevail over some places within the country with rainfall activities likely over parts of southern Ghana.
