Cloud cover will vary from partly to mostly cloudy across the country tonight, with thunderstorms and rain affecting parts of the northern and transition sectors as well as a few locations in the middle sector. From dawn into the morning, mostly cloudy conditions will prevail, with mist and fog patches forming over parts of the coastal, forest and mountainous areas. Rain may also persist in a few locations across the middle, transition and northern sectors during the morning hours.
