Mostly cloudy conditions are expected across much of the country tonight. However, thunderstorms or rain of varying intensity are likely over some coastal and inland areas, as well as parts of the middle and northern sectors, from tonight into the morning hours. Mist or fog patches are also expected to form over forest, mountainous and coastal areas during the early morning period. By afternoon, sunny conditions with periodic cloudiness will prevail across some parts of the country, while rain and thundery activities are expected to affect many areas within southern Ghana later in the day.
