The rainstorm mentioned in the weather warning issued earlier is currently engulfing the north eastern portions of the country. The storm is expected to continue to produce thunderstorms of varying intensities whiles drifting westwards towards the Upper West and Savannah regions. Other areas in the country will be dominated by mostly cloudy weather with possibility of slight rain or drizzle. Early in the morning, mist and fog patches will also dominate over the coastal, forest and hilly areas in the morning thereby reducing visibility range.
